The New Normal

Prior to the onset of COVID-19 pandemic in February 2020, Vaastrop had already digitized most of its documents and moved most activities online so changing to the new normal was quite easy. This means that activities such as routine memos, reporting, designs & design checking, regular & emergency meetings, minutes of meetings, accounting functions, regular in-house seminars, bidding activities, etc, etc are now easily done online.

Recruitment processes are carried out online and some new staff no longer need to relocate. They work effectively from home. This gives us leverage for wider coverage/presence nationwide as quick onsite evaluations can easily be done by the nearest staff to the site. The new normal helps us reduce general operating costs which translates to more affordable services.

Most of all, our services now take into consideration the COVID-19 restriction protocols.
