Projects tracked and monitored across the state were implemented through the Conditional Grant Scheme to LGA (CGS LGA Track), the National Assembly members Special Projects and the Federal Ministry of Agriculture programmes in 14 LGAs of Calabar South, Calabar Municipality, Akampka, Akpabuyo, Bakassi, Odukpani, Obubra, Ikom, Etung, Boki, Obudu, Bekwarra, Ogoja and Yala.

Two hundred and seventy one (271) projects and programmes monitored includes:
construction of classroom blocks, gender separated ventilated improved pit (VIP) toilet, health facilities, computer center, library, community hall, transformer relief substation, rural access road, hand pump boreholes, solar power boreholes and solar power street lights; supply of classroom furniture, grinding machine, sewing machines, block molding machines, ambulances and medical equipment; capacity building of Local Government Authorities, awareness creation, and supportive supervision; provision of grants to cooperative societies; and nationwide training of farmers and provision of credit to trainees.
