The 2021 Association for Consulting Engineering in Nigeria (ACEN) Extra–Ordinary General Meeting took place on July 1st, 2021 at Royal Banquet Hall, Hotel Presidential, New G.R.A., Aba Road, Port - Harcourt, Rivers State.
The theme was "THE NIGERIAN ECONOMY AND THE CHALLENGES OF CONSULTING ENGINEERING PRACTICE UNDER THE THREATS OF INSECURITY."
